The body of the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Mrs. Funmi Olayinka, arrived in Ado Ekiti on Wednesday as her final rite of passage began. We all know that one’s health is the most important thing. Just ask someone who has major health problems then you’ll realise that everything else, such as your job, social life etc.depends on it. Most things you enjoy doing require you to be physically able and whole both mentally and physically.  I believe wherever possible, do what you can to ensure you eat right, sleep enough, drink well and live with your health in mind. For the past 2 years, I’ve made a conscious effort to read and research the benefits of different foods, drinks and a healthy lifestyle. I actually did a self-analysis on my own food habits, regular diet and fitness. Needless to say, there was and still is room for change. It’s a process.

The French family, father, mother, their four kids and father's brother, who were abducted in Cameroon on February 19th 2013 by Islamist militants and brought to Nigeria, have returned safely to France. They were welcomed by their family members and the president of France.

The second Boston bombing suspect has been captured after he was found hiding in a boat parked in a suburban backyard.  Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was already wounded from an earlier shootout, exchanged gunfire with police for an hour while holed up in the boat in the neighbourhood of Watertown. The dramatic stand-off ended with the 19-year-old being given first aid on the lawn next to the boat before he was taken away in an ambulance at around 8.45pm local time. Dzhokhar remains in "serious condition" at Beth Israel Deaconess hospital, said Boston police commissioner Ed Davis. Swat teams surrounded the boat after a tip-off from a resident who noticed blood on it, Mr Davis said.
